Friends' Ranch Short Insole | Closure System
Friends' Ranch orthosis with a short insole design, manufactured from laminated thermoformable polypropylene that conforms to the user’s foot shape. Additionally, it provides flexibility for free dorsiflexion with a plantar flexion limitation of 90°. It incorporates a closure system available either pre-assembled or unassembled, according to the user’s needs. Available in sizes from S to XXL, for either the right or left foot. For individuals with equinus foot caused by various conditions.

Anti-equinus Orthosis with Short Insole
- MATERIAL: Designed with a short insole extending up to the metatarsal heads, manufactured in polypropylene – a rigid material that provides sufficient stability for achieving dorsiflexion.
- CLOSURE SYSTEM: Available with an integrated closure system for enhanced fit, or without a closure system according to the user’s requirements.
- THERMOFORMABLE: Can be easily modified using a hot air gun for improved adaptation to the user’s foot. Plantar flexion is limited to 90°.
- SIZES: Available in sizes from S to XXL; please select whether you require the orthosis for the right or left foot depending on the affected side.
Friends' Ranch with Short Insole
Indicated for individuals with equinus foot caused by neurological diseases, injuries to the common peroneal nerve, central nervous system lesions resulting in equinus foot with or without spasticity, hemiplegia (stroke), hemiparesis, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, neuromuscular disorders such as muscular dystrophy, hereditary degenerative diseases leading to equinus foot, ankle instability, post-polio sequelae, and meningomyelocele manifested with flaccid paralysis. Do not use in cases of varus or valgus hindfoot.
