ABOUT ORTOPRIME

OrtoPrime is a European company specialising in the sale of orthopaedic products and technical aids. We have a professional and experienced team ready to advise and support you with everything you need.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES?

If your order is processed from Monday to Friday before 13:00, it will be handed over to the courier on the same day. All orders placed after 13:00 will be handed over to the courier on the following working day, except for orders processed on Fridays, which will be handed over on the following Monday. Therefore, the shipping and delivery timeframe will start from that moment.

Standard Delivery: home delivery or delivery to a selected collection point within a period of 3–5 working days. For orders under £100, a shipping fee of £4.99 will apply.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. When the product is handed over to the courier, you will be provided with a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your order at any time.
