Adaptable Textile Foot Drop Orthosis for Gait Initiation
Adjustable foot drop orthosis made from soft, breathable textile, comprising a supramalleolar band that provides support during dorsiflexion at the start of gait and a hook-type joining support that attaches to the shoelaces for secure fixation. Both parts are connected with an elastic band for adjustable tension, and it features a gel pad that protects the Achilles. Available in sizes XS to L. Suitable for bilateral use, discreet and adaptable.

Bilateral Foot Drop Orthosis
- MATERIAL: Made from soft, breathable velour fabric with a seam-free design for enhanced user comfort. The orthosis occupies no space inside the shoe.
- SUPRAMALLEOLAR BAND: Positioned above the ankle, with the posterior area featuring a gel pad to protect the Achilles and prevent friction, while the instep is lined to avoid unwanted compression and chafing.
- FIXATION: Features a hook-type fixation, available with a single hook that attaches to the tongue and laces of the shoe. Shoelaces are required.
- LACES: Incorporates an elastic cord that provides adjustable tension to achieve greater or lesser dorsiflexion according to the user’s needs.
- SIZES: Available in sizes from XS to L; to determine the correct size of the orthosis, measure the circumference of the ankle.
Single Hook Foot Drop Orthosis
Indicated for individuals with flaccid equinus, flaccid paralysis, ankle instability, or foot drop caused by neurological conditions. This discreet, comfortable and flexible orthosis supports dorsiflexion during the initiation phase of gait.
