Friends' Ranch Full Insole | Thermoformable
The Friends' Ranch orthosis with a full insole design covers the entire length of the foot. Manufactured with laminated thermoformable polypropylene, it adapts to the shape of the user’s foot. Additionally, it provides flexibility for free dorsiflexion, with a plantar flexion limitation of 90°. It does not include a closure system. Available in sizes from S to XXL, designed for either the right or left foot. For individuals with conditions that develop equinus foot.

Friends' Ranch with Full Insole
Indicated for individuals with equinus foot caused by neurological diseases, injuries to the common peroneal nerve, central nervous system lesions resulting in equinus foot with or without spasticity, hemiplegia (stroke), hemiparesis, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, neuromuscular disorders such as muscular dystrophy, hereditary degenerative diseases that lead to equinus foot, ankle instability, sequelae of poliomyelitis, and meningomyelocoeles manifested with flaccid paralysis. Do not use in cases of varus or valgus hindfoot.
