Anti-equinus Friends' Ranch with Full Insole
Friends' Ranch anti-equinus orthosis with a full insole design provides enhanced support during walking. It is manufactured from polypropylene, a thermoformable material that can be adjusted with a hot air gun for a better fit to the user’s anatomy. It features a padded, adjustable Velcro closure and strap to secure the foot, offering superior comfort and appropriate flexibility during the stance phase while limiting plantar flexion to 90° during swing. Available in 4 sizes from S to XL.

- MATERIAL: Available in two material variants – you can choose between injection moulded polypropylene or 20% talc injection moulded polypropylene (less flexible than the former) depending on the user’s needs.

Friends' Ranch Orthosis
Indicated for individuals with equinus foot caused by neurological disorders, injuries to the common peroneal nerve, central nervous system conditions resulting in equinus foot without spasticity, hemiplegia (stroke), hemiparesis, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, neuromuscular disorders such as muscular dystrophy, hereditary degenerative diseases leading to equinus foot, ankle instability, post-poliomyelitis sequelae, and meningomyelocele manifested with flaccid paralysis. Do not use in cases of varus or valgus rearfoot.
The anti-equinus orthosis provides appropriate flexibility to the foot during the stance phase of gait, while limiting plantar flexion to 90° during the swing phase.
