For this reason, the design includes multiple pockets in different sizes for improved organisation and greater convenience. Below are the pockets included in the tactical medical backpack:

• Internal pocket for a hydration bladder and hose outlet.

• Removable central flap with multiple elastic loops on one side and large transparent pockets on the other.
• Zipped base pocket to store the waterproof cover.

Additionally, it includes an ID patch with hook-and-loop system, removable Star of Life and a card holder for easier identification of the team.
