- Choose the appropriate pad and lay the baby on the belt.
- Place the pad in the centre of the white section of the belt.
- Adjust the closure to the baby’s waist size so that the pad covers the hernia area. It is recommended that it fits snugly around the baby’s waist.
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap; do not use a washing machine or dryer. Do not iron the baby hernia belt.
