Easy to use; with these simple steps you can apply the ankle orthosis:
- Fit the brace around the heel.
- Adjust the 3 tibial straps.
- Apply the figure‑of‑eight bandaging, ensuring that greater pressure is applied on the injured side.
- Secure the elastic bands, applying more pressure on the painful side and less on the opposite side.
- Adjust the Velcro closure over the elastic bands at the upper instep area.
If the injury is not lateral, it is recommended to apply the same level of pressure on both sides.
