Therapeutic Hot and Cold Pack
It is recommended for sports injuries, tendonitis, sprains, dislocations, trauma, muscle strains, inflammations, acute or chronic pain, muscle tension, bruises, or haematomas.
Easy to use, the thermotherapeutic pack can be cooled in the freezer and heated using a hot water bath or directly in the microwave.
- In the freezer: Place in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes before use; it is recommended to apply the pack over a clean towel or cloth.
- In a hot water bath: Fill a saucepan with water and heat until hot—but not boiling—then submerge the pack for 10 to 15 minutes before removing it. Allow at least one minute before applying to the area.
- In the microwave: Ensure the gel is evenly distributed within the pack, then microwave on low power for 50 seconds. If additional heating is required, heat in 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Allow at least one minute before applying to the area.
