Post-Operative Sports Bra Top – Compression Zones:

• RED ZONE: Located centrally to create adequate breast separation, providing optimal conditions for wound care. The edges deliver upper support and stabilisation, preventing unwanted breast movement and promoting optimal scar healing.
• GREEN ZONE: Positioned at the lower part of the cups, it provides fixation, support and lift for improved shaping, offering relief and comfort.
• BLUE ZONE: Creates a comfortable and smooth transition from the green zones, preventing the breasts from resting in this area.

How long should I wear a bra for breast reduction, augmentation or reconstruction?

This decision will always depend on your healthcare professional and the extent of the surgery. Generally, based on clinical guidance, the recommended duration ranges from 2 to 12 weeks. During the initial weeks, it is usually worn both day and night, followed by daytime use only.

For breast cancer surgery, use is typically required for 6 to 8 weeks. For aesthetic procedures such as augmentation, reduction or lifting, usage is generally recommended for 2 to 6 weeks.

How to determine your post-operative bra size?

To find your ideal cup and size, follow these instructions:

• First, measure your underbust circumference, just below the breast, around your body.
• Then measure the bust circumference at the fullest part of the breasts, at nipple level.
• The difference between these two measurements determines the cup size.

Example:

Underbust: 80 cm

Bust: 98 cm

98 – 80 = 18 cm, corresponding to a C cup.

We offer 6 sizes from XS to 2XL. Due to post-surgical swelling and oedema, you may require 1 to 2 cup sizes larger than your usual size. The final choice depends on the level of compression you prefer.

Care instructions for breast reconstruction, reduction or augmentation bra:

Fasten all closures before washing. Chlorine-based disinfectants may reduce the durability and performance of the product. Wash with similar colours using a laundry bag.

For safety and hygiene reasons, returns of post-operative bras and bands are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery, provided the packaging is in perfect condition and the security seal remains intact.
