Easy to use, just follow these steps to achieve a deep massage:

• Attach the hoses to each connector on the pneumatic chambers.
• Insert the insoles into the boots and then place the boots on your legs.
• Secure the thigh cuffs.
• Connect the main hose to the compressor and press the start button.
• Use the +/- buttons to adjust the inflation and deflation speed.
• When the treatment is complete, the device will automatically turn off.
