To achieve the proper walking position, please consider the following factors:
- Height: For forearm crutches, the handle should be positioned so that the elbows are slightly bent while holding them, allowing the weight to rest on the wrists and hands. Additionally, the forearm support should sit 5 cm below the elbow and the heights of the hand and hip should align.
- Movement: The body should move by advancing one leg with the opposite arm.
- Short Steps: It is recommended to take short steps, ensuring the tip is firmly planted.
