Easy to use, the clay pack for cold or hot therapy can be cooled in the freezer and heated in the microwave.
- Cold Therapy: Place in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes before use.
- Hot Therapy: Evenly distribute the clay within the pack, place it in the microwave and heat for 90 seconds on low power. If additional heating is required, heat in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. It is recommended to wait 1 minute before applying to the affected area.
It is recommended not to heat in hot water. Due to the quality of its materials, it is not necessary to wrap the clay pack in a towel before application; it can be applied directly to the skin.
