Postoperative Wedge Shoe
Indicated for postoperative use on the forefoot, including the ball of the foot and toes, bunions, hammer toes, wedge foot, ingrown toenails, claw toes, and forefoot ulcers. Bilateral in design, this postoperative orthopaedic shoe can be worn on either the left or right foot.
Among the key benefits of using the postoperative shoe: it facilitates ambulation with or without bandages by offloading pressure from the forefoot to the midfoot and heel. The use of the postoperative shoe may extend from 2 to 8 weeks.
